Three brave local companies are set to put their websites and social media presence in the spotlight at a Telford business meeting.
The trio will offer up their online publicity strategy at the next Telford Business Partnership breakfast meeting on October 22, at Telford Hotel Golf Resort, when experts will dissect their success so far.
TBP Chairman, Robin Melley, was the first to offer his company’s website and social media accounts up for scrutiny, and said he was looking forward to the results.
“As Chairman, I thought it was only right I should put my company Matrix Capital under the microscope, and it will be extremely interesting to learn about how we may be able to improve our online communications still further.”
They will look at each company’s website, LinkedIn, and Twitter accounts, to share with delegates best practice on how to get the most out of online marketing, how to get it right, and what pitfalls to avoid.
Robin said: “We are now looking for two more willing volunteers who would like to put their company forward for this unique opportunity that will help not only the businesses involved, but also the delegates who attend. It will give our delegates the chance to learn by example and take away some top tips that they will be able to put to good use for their own purposes.”
The breakfast meeting will also hear from Gary Preston, of GPS Lettings, who will outline the relaunch of the Telford Young Professionals group due later this year.
Telford Business Partnership is a growing network of business and professional service companies, promoting the diversity and quality of their services to local companies and those relocating in the area. This event is the latest in a series of regular breakfast events which are free for members of Telford Business Partnership and Telford Young Professionals. Visitors can attend for a nominal fee if numbers allow.
